To open a support ticket:

First, you must have an account with an associated email address to submit support tickets. If you don't have an account yet, click Contact Us near the top of this page.

  1. You must first login at https://eSmartStores.com/WebsiteHosting/login
  2. Login using one of the three methods (Email, FaceBook or Google)
    1. To open a ticket, click Open Ticket
      1. Click the appropriate department
      2. Enter your Subject & Message. If done, skip to step 3 or 4.
    2. To reply to an existing ticket, click Support then Tickets and click the desired ticket
    3. Click the Reply button and enter your message. If done, skip to step 4
  3. To add attachments:
    1. Scroll down to the Attachments section and click Browse (Allowed files types are listed below the Choose Files box)
    2. Browse your computer and attach the desired file
    3. To attach more files, click the Add More button and repeat step 3A&B
  4. Click the Submit button.
